BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT POLICY
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
When booking an appointment, you must book through the scheduling system. Please no text messages or messages through social media outlets unless you have a general question.
There is a non-refundable deposit that is required to book your appointment (20% of service total).
Walk-In Appointments are currently not available.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS AND LATENESS
Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours of your appointment time. Appointments that need to be cancelled after 24 hours will be charged $25 cancellation fee.
If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee and may have to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete your service.
No Call/No Shows will be obligated to pay the full price of their scheduled appointment. After three no show/no calls, you will be banned from booking an appointment.
No guests are allowed to attend your appointment with you unless the person receiving a service is under the age of 18.
No food or drink is permitted in the treatment room (only water).
No recording or photos while the service is taking place; videos and photos can be taken after the service is completed.
