BOOKING AND APPOINTMENT POLICY

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • When booking an appointment, you must book through the scheduling system. Please no text messages or messages through social media outlets unless you have a general question.

  • There is a non-refundable deposit that is required to book your appointment (20% of service total).

  • Walk-In Appointments are currently not available.

  • Unless there is additional time after your appointment, you are unable to receive additional services that weren't initially booked for your appointment.

  • Please be sure to complete the required forms prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS AND LATENESS

  • Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours of your appointment time. Appointments that need to be cancelled after 24 hours will be charged $25 cancellation fee.

  • If you need to reschedule an appointment after 24 hours of your appointment time, you have 24 hours to reschedule your appointment. After 24 hours, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee.

  • If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee and may have to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete your service.

  • You are deemed a no call/no-show after 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. You will be obligated to pay the full price of the scheduled services booked. To book another appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of the services upon booking. After two no call/no show appointments, you will be banned from booking with Chynnea Marie Beauty.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • No guests are allowed to attend your appointment with you unless the person receiving a service is under the age of 18.

  • No food or drink is permitted in the treatment room (only water).

  • No recording or photos while the service is taking place; videos and photos can be taken after the service is completed.
