Welcome, love. Before you book, please take a moment to read through these policies. They protect your time and mine — and they help keep the energy of this space peaceful, respectful, and aligned. I’m faith-led, but not forceful… so my goal is always to handle business with grace, clarity, and a touch of humor.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS​​

New Clients

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients.
  This deposit goes toward your service total and confirms your appointment slot.

​

Permanent Brow Services (PMU)

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all new PMU appointments.
  Touch-up appointments require a $35 deposit.

• Your remaining balance is due at checkout.
  All deposits are non-refundable, but with timely communication, they may be transferred once.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT​

• All appointments must be booked through the online scheduling system.
  I love y’all, but I cannot book through DMs, text, or drive-by requests. Boundaries keep us both sane.

• A card on file is required to secure all appointments.
  It keeps everything seamless — for both of us.

• Same-day appointments may be available and can be booked online up to 3 hours before the appointment time.

• Booking more than one service? Be sure to add them all to your appointment.
  Unbooked services cannot be added at the time of your appointment — time stewardship is holy over here.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, NO-SHOWS & LATE POLICY

 

I understand life happens — kids, work, traffic, spiritual warfare… I get it. But communication is key. When we honor each other’s time, everything flows smoother.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• You may reschedule once without penalty if done within the 24-hour window.

• After 24 hours, cancellations and reschedules automatically incur the 50% fee

Late Arrivals

• If you’re 10 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee will be applied, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled if there isn’t enough time to complete your service. It’s not personal — it’s about fairness to all clients scheduled after you.

No-Show Policy

• You become a no-call/no-show after 15 minutes.

• No-shows are charged 50% of the service total.

• After one no-show, you will no longer be able to book with Chynnea Marie Beauty.

I say this with love — but also with boundaries.

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

• No guests are allowed unless the service is for a child under 18.
  This space is small, cozy, and meant to feel peaceful — not like a family reunion.

• No food or drinks in the treatment room (water is fine).
  Your girl just can’t be dodging smoothies while waxing somebody.

• No recording or filming during services.
  Photos or videos may be taken once the service is complete.

• Health & Skin Integrity
  If you arrive with a contraindication that prevents safe service (sunburn, active cold sores, etc.), I may need to reschedule you for your safety.
  My goal is always results + protection of your skin.

• Right to Refuse Service
  If a situation compromises safety, comfort, or boundaries, service may be declined.
