Chynnea Marie Beauty, LLC. offers quality and affordable skin care, face and body waxing, permanent makeup, and professional makeup artist services.

New client appointments require a non-refundable 30% deposit that will be deducted from the total of your service.

Permanent Eyebrow Makeup Services - There is a $100 non-refundable deposit ($35 for touch-up services) that will be due after confirmation of your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at checkout.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

​

• When booking an appointment, you must book through the scheduling system. Appointments are not booked via text messages, phone or social media outlets.

​

• There is a non-refundable deposit* that is required to book your appointment (new clients only). Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, your deposit will be charged to the card on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment for another date, your deposit may be transferred to the new date (one time transfer only).

​

• Same-day appointments may be available and can be booked online, no more than two hours before the appointment time.

​

• Multiple services can be booked for one appointment, if time allows. Please be sure to book all services you wish to receive - no additional services will be rendered if not initially booked.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOWS AND LATENESS

​

• Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours of your appointment time. Appointments that need to be cancelled after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment total.

   

• If you need to reschedule an appointment after 24 hours of your appointment time, you have 24 hours to reschedule your appointment. After 24 hours, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

   

• If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged a $10 late fee and may have to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time to complete your service.

• You are deemed a no call/no-show after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled an will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. After one no call/no show appointment, you will no longer be able to book with Chynnea Marie Beauty.

   

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

• No guests are allowed to attend your appointment with you unless the person receiving a service is under the age of 18.

​

• No food or drink is permitted in the treatment room (only water).

​

• No recording or photos while the service is taking place; videos and photos can be taken after the service is completed.
